I am a psychologist, researcher, lecturer, and mental health professional with interests in psychology, mental health and psychological well-being, counselling, public health, and social development. My research focuses on resilience, self-care, psychosocial resources, vulnerable and underserved populations, and the psychosocial dimensions of chronic illness. I also have an emerging interest in the psychology of technology and artificial intelligence, as well as mental health education and interdisciplinary healthcare education. My work aims to generate evidence that supports mental health promotion, psychological well-being, resilience, and improved health and social outcomes globally.
